AUCTION SERVICES
With over 100 years of existence, Tauber-Arons Inc. has streamlined its marketing strategies and sales techniques to a cost effective result orientated procedure. Every endeavor is unique with its own set of problems and solutions. Taking this into consideration, Tauber-Arons strives to customize its auction programs to best fit the needs of the client and his/her individual situation with the following alternatives:
1. Commission/Buyers' Premium Auction Sales - The most traditional form of auction sale that offers varying structures and combinations to suit each need and provides the most flexibility.
2. Net Guarantees - Tauber-Arons will provide a cash advance prior to the sale with participation levels over and above the net guarantee. This offers the comfort of a guaranteed minimum with the opportunity of maximizing proceeds.
3. Cash Buyouts - Tauber-Arons will purchase all assets for cash. Personal property, inventory and/or real estate, Tauber-Arons has the ability to purchase the entire company.
At your request, a Tauber-Arons representative will meet with you at your facility to discuss those options and which one will best suit your personal goals and criteria.

APPRAISAL SERVICES
T.A. Appraisal valuates the assets of approximately 300 to 400 companies per year. Whether you need one machine or your entire facility appraised, T.A. has the resources to accomplish this. Our database of reference materials includes all of Tauber-Arons auctions as well as audits of all other sales conducted nationwide. With our extensive knowledge of current market conditions, T.A. can offer our clients the most detailed and accurate appraisals possible. This accuracy has lead to acceptance with financial institutions, lawyers, trustees, receivers, insurance companies, accountants and others. Whether it be auction value, orderly liquidation or fair market value, T.A. will deliver an easy to follow detailed report.
1. Auction Value / Forced Liquidation Value - The highest value the property could realize under the conditions of a properly advertised and conducted auction sale such as one conducted by Tauber-Arons. Location, condition and vintage are elements T.A. uses to determine value.
2. Orderly Liquidation Value - The value that could be realized in a negotiated sale scenario between a willing seller and a willing buyer. The time frame is usually between 6 and 9 months for an entire facility.
3. Fair Market Value - The highest value that could be realized in the open market with no real time constraints and given a willing seller and buyer.
The ability to back up what we say has been our creed and is the basis for our longevity and unparalleled reputation in the industry.

AUCTION PROCESS
Once Tauber-Arons Inc. has been employed the auction process begins. At the core, there are two elements to the process: on-site labor/client relations and marketing strategies.
On-Site Labor & Client Relations - Tauber-Arons employs the most experienced staff of full time on-site job managers in the industry. Their job is to transform the facility from an operating shop into a show room of machinery and support equipment. During this process, the site managers are the owners day-to-day contact with Tauber-Arons. Our managers understand this relationship and treat it with respect. Once the sale is completed, it is the responsibility of the on-site managers, each with over 10 years experience, to collect all of the money and make sure all the successful bidders receive each item they purchased.
Marketing Strategies - Each situation creates the opportunity for Tauber-Arons to customize a marketing strategy to best suit the needs of the client. Utilizing the three traditional forms of advertising, and now implementing a fourth, Tauber-Arons unites buyers with sellers across the globe.
1. Direct Mailing - Full color brochures to one page flyers are mailed first class to one of Tauber-Arons industry specific mailing lists.
2. Trade Journals - Tauber-Arons has contacts and relationships with the industry related trade publications in order to secure timely and effective advertising to specific industries.
3. Newspapers - Major city newspapers run auction sections that are read by the auction buying public. This blankets specific target cities to attract buyers.
4. The fourth and newest form of marketing available is the Internet. With worldwide capabilities down to local accessibility, the World Wide Web is the ultimate umbrella of marketing.
Based on size, location, industry and other factors, Tauber-Arons Inc. will customize a marketing program to fit your individual needs and maximize proceeds.
